Wonderful large room with 3 beds and pull out bed to accommodate our large young family. Full hot breakfast each morning was excellent! Location close to the pier and beach was great!

The staff was super polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have given 5 stars but I requested a blanket and towels but never received them.

I had a reservation for 2/12-2-19. I called two days before because I needed to avoid the snow and the manager assured me i was booked. When I checked in, my reservation had not been booked and I did not have a balcony room as promised. Then on Wed, the original date for my reservation was an ocean view suite with balcony. There was not an ocean view in sight! I was there to take care or family and I didn't want to be bothered. I mentioned to the manger the day I checked out all of this information. He said he'd credit me $122. Instead I see that I was charged another $122 on top on the over $1400 I paid for the week. I've called and emailed several times but cannot seem to get a hold of someone. Very upset about this matter. I hope someone contacts me to resolve this matter. The hotel staff for the most part was kind.

Hotel room was comfy although the bathroom door opens inward and blocks the sink. That was awkward.
Also, breakfast was subpar. Minimal offering compared to other hotels of similar price.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed both the pool and jacuzzi.
