In our first room our AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air, they changed our room for us then got into our new room, it was smaller than our first one and the coffee maker didn’t work but overall great hotel and friendly staff

Asked for coffee pods and towels but never received them. They didn’t have any at the front desk and said housekeeping would bring them up but they never did.

Good Choice for a One-Night Rest Stop

Location:
It is an excellent location if you only want a quick rest between flights near the airport.
Atmosphere:
It is very clean; all the staff is friendly and professional.
Restaurant:
It is immensely convenient, especially if you are here for a quick rest stop. I did not see any other places to eat nearby. However, the convenience is reflected in the prices, in my opinion: $27 USD for fried chicken with fries and $15 USD for six wings. The menu offers a dish for pretty much everyone; the food is good, and the service is quick and friendly.
Rooms:
I stayed twice within a short period, and the rooms were "hit or miss" with me. The first room was spacious, with a nice city view from the distance, but the second room was uncomfortable. The table was tagged underneath a permanent bar on the wall, making half the table useless, and the same goes for the second piece of furniture, which provides the needed surface area for personal items that require quick access and visibility (phone, passport, keys, charger, etc.). The restroom's layout felt like a Tetris room, where the toilet fit precisely in between the bathtub and counter. Getting ready in the bathroom was uncomfortable since half of it could not be accessed since the toilet was in front of it. Getting out of the shower had to be done with the door closed, or you wouldn't come out since the toilet and the door were on the way. Two of the electric outlets are inoperable,e so the convenient place to charge the phone is useless.
Airport Shuttle:
An Uber ride from the airport to the hotel is about $17 USD. Using the airport shuttle is a good choice, but don't think it won't be full. A random 4:00 AM Monday had a full airport shuttle to the airport, so plan accordingly. The shuttles leave the airport every hour and are extremely punctual, so be on time.
Due to the airport's layout, catching the shuttle from the airport to the hotel can be a bit of a hassle. The shuttle runs every 15 to 45 minutes from P4. You must take the AirTrain to get to P4; however, if you are at Terminal A, then you must take a bus to the AirTrain first. The shuttles run 24/7, which is extremely helpful.

This hotel is horrible I would suggest you run to any other hotel available. They charge for parking the Hotel smells horrible imagine a musty, smoker, 50 year old building that has never been renovated, carpet cleaned or kept up. We visited friends on other floors and it was all the same not just our floor/room. They have a breakfast buffet and don’t even have ice for your drinks which was tap water OJ or coffee. I would rate this hotel a 1 star. If you have this expectation you would think it’s just fine.

when i arrived at the hotel there was no carts to put our luggage on i booked two rooms for 2 nights i was in town to attend my brother Inlaw Funeral in Jersey City. my booking came to 630.00 however that at 7am which was Friday I found out their was two charges on my bank card for 415.00 which came out to 830.00 why, no one could tell me. when I got to the hotel I got a story, which was they charge the cards the day of your check in when I booked this I checked the box check in at location did not get a response from anyone. Then their was parking fees of 21.00 a day that's crazy. The cleaning of our rooms never took place I am really upset about that I had to track housekeeping down to get some towels and wash cloths then I left the hotel came back and the rooms still wasn't cleaned. Oh let me also add I had to waite a great deal of time for your elevators to come to the lobby something about that's the church people I really don't feel you care about your customers you have to spend a fortune in that hotel to get free breakfast. Also you over drafted my banking account and you are holding 100.00 of mine you didn't return when I asked about it I was told it could take up two 7 to 10 days it take you 10 days to take the money you also have a 24 hour mini cafe which is hi as hell who pays 4 dollars a cup of tea coffee in your room with no creamer who does that I will never return to this hotel its a rip off . oh your front desk said I have to request if I want room clean
