Giovanny is top notch
The hotel itself is fun, lively and clean which is extremely important to me. We got to meet Giovanny and he made our stay extremely comfortable & turned us into repeat visitors. Keep him around & try to hire more people like him — an absolute class act & gentleman.

Great stay!
Joanne was very nice to speak with and was very flexible with my accommodations! I would definitely recommend Moxy Times Square! We spent Tim at the rooftop with great views drinks and food. The location is great with walking distance to all places and stations.

Great spot and price point for Times Square
Great location, great value. I mean, litearlly on Times Square, and relative to many others in similar area, this was a great value - not meaning it was cheap! Just that it was worth the price of admission! Room sizes are as expected, but the finishing were good. Would definitely recommend if you are trying to stay on Times Square

Location, Location, & Best Corner room in NYC. Service A+
Perfect 3 day stay! Fortunate to get a corner room, recommended, and the space was awesome: dining area, living room corner and hidden bathroom with ‘2’ doors! Shower head has a massive pour, which is not normal in the city. The vibe once you enter the lobby is contagious, great staff 24/7. Second floor space is great for work or chillin. Roof top was happening too!

Great base for a New York stay
We stayed for 5 nights at the Moxy on a recent trip and it was a great base for our New York stay. The room we had was compact but a great use of the available space and we managed fine as two adults with two large suitcases. The only thing I would have changed would be to not have the bed against the wall as I had to climb over my partner if I needed to get out in the night but this wasn’t a huge issue and again it did maximise the available space.
The hotel bar was nice as was the coffee shop next door and a $20 dollar credit per day to use in either of these was a nice touch, as was the complimentary drinks cart that was there most evenings when we came back.
All the staff we dealt with were excellent especially Joanne who was super helpful. The lifts were pretty efficient and the luggage storage in the basement was great on our last day.
Although we could hear noise from the street in our 9th floor room the sound proofing was pretty good and we slept well. All in all a fantastic location and a great place for a city break.
