Clean Comfortable and value for money

We spend several nights a year in Bismarck due to daughter playing soccer for UMary. We try and stay with Choice Brand for loyalty points. The Quality Inn last time was dated and not that great so looked at the Sleep Inn that had similar pricing. Upon checking the King was not avail as booked due to cleaning so moved to two doubles. Checkin was fast and was in the room in no time. Room and bathroom were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was well prepared with the usual suspects including eggs and sausage. The person that was at the desk for check-in was very nice and professional, helped with a few questions. My family felt that it was very comfortable in the room, breakfast area, and pool area. Coffee was always on with a great assortment to go along with it; very much appreciated the details. It shows a lot about the staff/hotel when you hear people say how much they like working there and how happy they are; like the staff that were on the morning of Sunday 022325, I found them very pleasant as I was reading in the lobby and later on having breakfast with our family. Will be looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved the handicapped room. It was perfect for my broken ankle. Great shower chair attached to the wall and lots of grab bars.
Love the noon check out since we got in late from our flight!
The only negative is the room smelled musty

We travel to Bismarck at least once a month due to a high risk pregnancy and go to Sanford for check in appointments. I unfortunately showed up for breakfast 9:12am and realized breakfast ended at 9am, to my horror I had already taken my insulin and knew I wouldn’t have time to stop for breakfast before my scheduled appointment at 10am so I wondered into the kitchen and asked the breakfast attendant Miss DonnaRae if I could have a bagel or something with carbs and apologized for missing breakfast but I had already taken my insulin and she did not hesitate she pulled out the bagels and she even put sausage patties in a zip lock bag for me! I was so thankful and she talked with me for a bit and congratulated me on the pregnancy. Her kindness and going above and beyond by packing me to go sausages made me feel the comfort of family. She is the embodiment of hospitality! Because of Miss DonnaRae next month my husband and I plan on staying at the same hotel again this time I’ll be ok time for breakfast!

Front desk staff went above & beyond for me & my little family! The only thing we did not appreciate was the breakfast attendant slamming things around, being so loud with the chairs & she wasn’t very friendly. She did not smile at all, neither did my girls get a good morning greeting back. Disappointing. 9/10. Other than that, we will most definitely be back in the near future!
