Many people were staying there for proms or weddings. It was fun to be surrounded by beauty. But street noise was an issue, as our 6th floor room faced the Fox Theater.

Service virtually non existant.Rooms are tired looking & run down.Many appliances not working.Toilets run continuously..had to ask multiple times for towels/ cups.Have stayed here numerous times before- has definitely gone down.Rooms need a makeover !!

Front desk was friendly and ready to help.
The valet personnel needs better training.
There was a water leak next to our room and our luggage got wet. Didn’t hear from the hotel about this problem.

It was not a 4-star experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the condition of the original room was poor, and we had to switch to another room because of this. Unfortunately, the second room was just as bad. There were areas that should have been cleaned after the previous guest, but this was overlooked. I informed the staff about the issue, but they just mentioned they would let management know and never heard back regarding it.

Room smelled like cigarettes smoke but housekeeper offer another room which was nice. They gave me some febreze and I was happy with that.
