This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pre-Check-In Process: The pre-check-in process must be fully completed no later than 24 hours before the check-in date by 3:00 PM. Failure to complete this process on time may result in the cancelation of your reservation without a refund. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit starting from £250 per room is mandatory and will be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This deposit is only collected through the Property Guest Portal (Charge Automation) via debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. Deposit Release: The damage deposit will be released in full via debit or credit card within 10 working days of check-out, provided that a satisfactory inspection of the property is conducted. Required Documentation: Guests are required to upload a clear photo of their Passport and debit or credit card as part of the pre-check-in process. Special Requests: All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Check-In Information: Details related to check-in will only be provided on the Property Guest Portal after the pre-check-in procedure has been fully completed. This information will be available at 12:00 PM on the check-in day.
