Excellent Stay with Great Service and Perfect Location

I truly enjoyed my stay at Tower Plaza Hotel. It was very clean, with excellent metro access and a satisfying breakfast. Although waiting for the elevators on higher floors took time, the overall experience was still great. The staff were polite and professional, especially Ms. Analiza from housekeeping. She was kind, helpful, and ensured all our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service, and location.

Never again

The only good thing about this hotel is the location near the subway station, opposite the museum of the future and burj khalif in walking distance
We had an issue with our booking as booking.com allowed us to book the room for 2 adults and 2 children but according to hotel management it is only for 3 people. The staff was not really supportive and claiming the mistake to booking.com.
Breakfast is horroble, bad service, too many people, not relaxing. Even worse were the elevators…. Not enough elevators to cover all the floors and long wsiting times. Last but not least….
the bathrooms need a renovation

Amazing experience and hospitality

Excellent location and superlative hospitality. I would love to thank Anjuna with a beautiful smile and a very pleasant personality at the checkin offered me a best room I could have asked for and her hospitality at the checkout too

They are unprofessional and hand over the rooms after one hour and 30 minutes late and their housekeeping. They are very slow. You have to call them more than three times to get whatever you need.

Lunch at Metro Restaurant

Me and my friend had a beautiful lunch buffet at Metro Restaurant. We visited for the first time and we enjoyed a large variety of food, starting with the tasty tomato cream soup, many choices of salads and main courses and finishing with the delicious desserts.
The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Chit, Shafeek and Olaitan.
A big thank you to everyone, we had a great time and definitely we'll be back.
