The only advantage is that the hotel is new
" uncomfortable" .
Disappointments start from the entrance: in winter when it's snowing or when raining, the tile in the hall becomes a real skating rink ( moreover, a "kind" cleaning lady is making it more dangerous and slippery by washing it with some soupy liquid).
Next step is the lift which doesn't reach all floors: from the ground floor you will carry your bags in hands till the first floor and then another surprise - the lift stops between floors, so be ready to carry your bag again down or up to the room.
And the room itself... From the first glimpse, it seems new, clean and nice, but then you realize: there's no switch and the socket near the bed. Weather you want to turn on\ off the light or charge your mobile, you have to get up each time.
Second, if you prefer bigger rooms like deluxe, be ready to get a room separated by the wall, so that you get 2 small rooms instead of one big.
Third, bathroom: the smell from pipes is so bad , there's no shelf in shower to put shampoo or soap, shower cap covers only half of the head , and the toilet chair ( in deluxe room 306) is so close to the sink, that it seems as if you are sitting at the table lol .
And the internet....is the worst I've ever used at hotels, and you need to search for it through different locations of the room.
In addition, the staff only pretends to clean rooms by changing towels and taking out rubbish, while carpets, floors and rest stay untouched by either a mop or a vacuum.
Oh, and one more surprise lol be ready that at 5 am you might wake up from the sound of fire alarm ( which is being tested) without any warnings before or apologies after.

Очень грязно!!!
Минусы: грязно очень!!! Пауки и паутина, ванная комната . Зубная щетка одна на 2х Все грязно и сломано!!! Розеток нет около кровати! Не рекомендую
