2. Then after arriving at the room I understood why they did that because the standard is exceptionally poor and basically I would have checked out the following day.
3. I arrived late and assuming it was a four star standard hotel I expected room service...No Room Service at all......just a receptionist....nothing available in the hotel.
4. Upon arrival I expected to get a drink, not even a drink was available. A mini bar is in the room YES, but it was completely empty. After 20 minutes I did manage to get a bottle of water though.
5. To get to the third floor there are NO LIFTS in the hotel, I had to go to the 4th Floor to get to the Third Floor.....106 stairs from reception to get there......so be fit, but then....you need to return
6. All the floors creak very badly even in the room when you walk on them....there is no need for an alarm clock people walking around will easily wake you up.
7. Very cheap and basic floor coverings with very basic decor......this is a suite by the way......the toilet did not work properly for 1 week...even though someone supposedly came to repair it....I had to open the toilet tank to fill it with water myself each time before using the toilet.
8. Télévisions in the room.....snow covered screen not possible to watch anything.....télévisions old and exceptionally poor quality.
9. There is a kettle in the room as per the advert......no tea or coffee or sugar or anything is available....but yes you do have a kettle in the room ?
10. Quality of hotel staff was very poor.
11. Quality of beds and furniture very poor.
12.Do not be fooled by the photographic genius who took the hotel pictures.....you do not get what you see.
13. Air conditioning was in the room but it was not working, no controls for it either. The room averaged around 26 degrees during the day maybe in summer it could work ?
14. When you pull out the key card it shuts down everything including the fridge....do not put anything in the fridge you want to keep cool.

Let me explain why Mr. David is so angry at our hotel. Firs of all he forgot that his girlfriend used an iron in the room (which is not allowed) and burned the sofa in the living room. Mr. David put an ultimatum: money or bad reviews. Of course we charged a penalty for sofa.
Dear readers, Mr. David is bluffing, trying to make hotel stuff guilty. But it not our fault.
Mr. David I advise you to find a girlfriend who would be more handy and would be able to use an iron.
