Very nice and helpful staff, no problem to keep the room for some extra hours.
Nice pool for being in Uganda. Breakfast is fair. Cheap transport to the airport (10us$)

Best experience.

I booked a three day trip for my sisters. They loved every day of the trip. Service was excelent, food was excelent with breakfast included, their room was very clean and comfortable with working ac, employees were friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle for pick up and drop off at the airport and they said the driver was great, he gave them history of Uganda and showed them some places to go during their trip. They did not want to leave

Was always good but today was so un fair.

I thought the balcony at Terrace bar was a public place to hang but authorities today told me it isn't, loved the breeze when at the balcony it was always nice and quiet for work so on! If it is no longer an accessible place we need clarity thanks!

Nice experience at the hotel

Its in a nice location, entebbe and its located near the airport, near lake Victoria, the entebbe zoo and botanical gardens all in a walkable distances. There is also a golf course you can enjoy even evening walks up to bugonga. The hotel itself has nice customer service care and the food especially the rice and chicken was superb. Looking forward to coming back soon and its not crowded if your not a person who likes crowded places.
