Awesome stay

We visited this hotel in 2018 but this year we booked a newly renovated pool villa and it was awesome. The hotel has gone a full renovation, the new reception looks great.
Staff were unbeatable, they helped with every need and made it so much easy to travel from the airport and to ao nang. We will come again 100%

Fend for yourself

I love Thailand and have been here a few times. Railay beach gets 4/10. 2 for location and 1 for the room and a bonus point for the monkeys.
Service is terrible. Takes forever to get an expensive beer at the bar. Breakfast was basically eggs on toast. Staff are terrible and unless looking for a tip are very lazy. Obviously their management is poor.
Go to Railay as it is very nice. Just don’t stay at this place.

Service was pretty poor. 100 baht for a bucket of ice. Its also a muslim kitchen so no pork products including bacon for breakfast

It's not a real resort

The place doesn't match what it promises. The room was full of mosquitoes and mould smell, which made the experience quite unpleasant. The service from the reception is good, but the rooms are away from the beach and everything.
Breakfast is weak, with artificial juices and little variety, nothing compatible with the price charged.
Honestly, it's not worth the cost-benefit. The best place in the region is the Avatar, where I moved the next day — and it was the best decision.

The room was comfortable but we were very disappointing to find we were 10min away from the beach, the swimming pool and restaurant. Our room was closer to the other bay in the east side where is not possible to swim. We traveled with our 5yo so it was very inconvenient to go back and forth from the room to the beach. I think the location of room should be disclosure during booking to make an informed choice.
