I Didn' understand why you not say anything about the Air Con when you stay here ??!
And also i go to the room right now ask the customer sleep in here if something wrong with the air/con, but Not , it work good, cool fast without any problem, you just have to push ON, on the controller and it work.
For the bathroom is the same, i didn't get any complain from you when you stay here, ''not just a word'' to say have the problem for that or this not working, and that is why...,
because there is any problem about the air/con or the bathroom.
about the price of the room, you come in the Loy Kratong Festivals so everywhere the price is higher than actually.
And that room was the last one free i have, so you may unlucky to get this one than an other with balcony and windows, sorry for you

Molto nella media per il prezzo
La nostra camera era al piano terra senza finestre, non pulita come avrei voluto e ho lasciato con alcune punture di insetti molto sospetta oltre il mio corpo. L'aria condizionata era tanta energia quanto come un criceto asmatica qui dentro senza ventilazione in camera lasciando gli asciugamani, biancheria da letto e pavimento umido.
La posizione era buona e ottima per Loi Felicita" presenta (festival della lanterna) dato che era a due passi.
Ho dato loro una generosa 3/5 sulla base che ci hanno dato quando l'altro luogo pasticciato noi intorno.

Why didn't complain when you stay here ?
( It's funny the people like to say something wrong when they go but nothing face to face directly to the person who manage or who own the place.)
And the same i reply to Jade, i go check the air/con and ask the people sleep in this room but they not have any problem, nothing about mosquito or insect , we clean each room every 2 days minimum if have someone inside or not.

Questa è una pensione bella!
La camera è dotata di TV, ha l'aria condizionata (questo è un extra che è pagabile localmente o come ho fatto io, tramite Expedia) e un ventilatore. C'è un piccolo bagno e c'è un letto matrimoniale. La camera era piuttosto essenziale, ma è più che adeguata per le mie esigenze personali. C'è anche una cassaforte in camera e di notte è molto tranquillo. Questo hotel è eccellente per il viaggiatore solista o per le coppie che hanno un budget.
I lettori dovrebbero notare che la reception è chiusa dal 1800-0700 e si sono fornite con un portachiavi a lavorare la porta elettronica, tuttavia ho avuto problemi a tutti. Servono anche la colazione qui, tuttavia non ho avuto alcuna quindi non posso dire nulla su questo punto, ma devo dire che la zona pranzo sembrava molto bello e pulito.
La zona di per sé è una grande area di soggiorno - Moon Muang Soi 2 mi è costata solo 100 baht per ottenere da e per l'aeroporto e ci sono alcuni ottimi bar alla fine della Soi e nell'immediata area, dove potrete acquistare bevande senza nessun problema per le ragazze che vi lavorano.
In conclusione, ci tornerò sicuramente dato che si tratta di una bella casa per gli ospiti, si trova in una buona posizione ed ha un personale e proprietario cordiali. Ho letto alcune delle altre recensioni su questo hotel e credo che gli autori si aspettano un po' troppo! Se volete una reception 24 ore su 24, camera più grande, più comodo letto, più amenità, un bar, più tranquille camere con aria condizionata che si paga! Ci sono alberghi in città, il che è tutto questo ma sì avete a pagare di più - non è scienza missilistica!
Va notato che francese e l'inglese è parlato con il proprietario qui.

Facendo il meglio che possono con ciò che hanno.
Il letto era forse antica quanto sto. Ho potuto sentire bobine individuali quando ho stabilito. Mio marito mi sono svegliato molto irritato ogni mattina.
Ma, le lenzuola erano pulite e allegre, gli asciugamani erano soffici. C'era un una grossa unità per mettere i nostri vestiti, il che era davvero bello. C'erano insetti. La camera aveva un ottimo condizionatore d'aria che abbiamo utilizzato come rumore bianco per bloccare il rumore dei bar sulla strada. La porta del balcone/muro è davvero sottili e si sente tutto, perfino l'Meow dalle grinfie del terribile mister del gatto fuori là.
Il servizio, comunque, era fantastico. Il gentiluomo francese che gestisce/possiede? Il Nido era molto dolce e gentile e rende CROISSANT INCREDIBILE!! Lui e la receptionist tailandese hanno fatto del loro meglio per darci delle indicazioni ed erano molto umano con noi. La colazione non era inclusa, ma era un prezzo ragionevole e fatto proprio. (Io vi consigliamo di andare solo per la colazione -i croissant- se potete!).
La cameriera è uno di quei rari ed eccezionali dipendenti che vede ciò che deve essere fatto e lo fanno. Ha tenuto occupato e ha fatto un buon lavoro puliva la nostra camera.
Se state venendo da un ostello, questo potrebbe essere un aggiornamento e si può essere soddisfatti della camera. Il posto mi ricorda un ostello molto carino. Se avete un budget (come noi) quindi si può anche funzionare per voi se non si mente molto duro letti vecchi. Ma se vi sono state soggiornando in hotel durante i vostri viaggi, si potrebbe avere un tempo difficile regolare verso il nido.

I unfortunatly can't do anything but i understand you about the bathroom when you tall or have a big body it's very small ( the bulding was build like this and i didn't change anything inside if not broke because i not the 100 pourcent owner of this place i just the owner of the lease and i rent the plqce so yes the bed was used alredy its normal when get more than 2000 customer sleep on with diffents weight but the bed have only 1 years and half i can not allow me to change because that is very expensive to change for every room :( i just Start to work at this place
For the Cat come distub you , i make the spay on the roof opposit but them still come unfortunately And the annimals is like sacred in thailand i can't and won't hurt just for he leave that place.
Thank you for the good review about the staff work there the breackfast and the croissant ;) we try to do the best for the pleasure of the customer, unfortunatly we have some disadvantage
