We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

Long live Leysin!

Owner of a chalet in Leysin, I have been attending this establishment (for its restaurant) for more than 15 years
there is no doubt: the best service in the world is provided in Switzerland and Europeans would do better to take a good example...

Hotel well located

Single and standard rooms. Breakfast varied and hearty: very good. Beautiful view. Central location, but nevertheless distant from the station. Access to the ski lifts a few minutes. Parking for cars nearby. Friendly staff.

It all worked out.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is an all-rounder hotel. Many seminar rooms are offered there. There is also its own cinema. Somewhat strange were our rooms in the annex, all couples found themselves in a 5-bed room. This was a bit like a youth hostel. This is certainly the sensation in winter for families with children.
Of particular note is the restaurant. Here we were really surprised by an excellent and varied food offer. However, all buffet, but very different every day. Also the breakfast buffet was fine.
