인터라켄 중심부에 위치한 Hotel Interlaken은 의회 센터(Congress Centre)와 동역(Eastern Train Station)에서 도보로 단 5분 거리에 있습니다. 14세기에 지어진 이 4성급 호텔은 세심하게 리모델링되었으며, 일본식 정원 옆에 자리 잡고 있습니다. Hotel Interlaken의 객실에는 무료 유선/무선 인터넷, 케이블 TV, 금고 및 업무용 책상이 구비되어 있어요.

A super hotel on so many levels.
This was our second stay at this hotel and it was even better this time!
We arrived at 6pm local time, having travelled from UK since 3am so we were exhausted. We received a really warm welcome and check in was fine!
We had requested a balcony room and that’s what we got. It was delightful. The view was over the mountains and it was lovely and private. Sitting with a coffee in the morning and a beer in the evening was a delight! The room was not big but fine for a four night stay. It was spotless and well equipped. We were especially delighted with a small fridge, air con unit and all the other bits. We could have done with a few more clothes hangers but that was all. The air con unit was noisy so if you sleep light- wear earplugs!
The bathroom had a super shower but I don’t like combined shower and shampoo so bought extra shampoo. Towels were big and changed daily. Room servicing was really efficient and so much better than in some hotels where you wait all day for them to refresh your room.
The bed was a little hard and for summer the duvets rather too thick. However the room was always nice and cool. We appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge.
As we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary the hotel gave us a bottle of red wine and chocolates- a nice touch. Thank you.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice (hot and cold options) and being summer we could eat outside on the terrace. In the evening we dined at the hotel twice. The anniversary day we booked (essential as it was Switzerland Day). We had a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a superb meal. The chocolate fondue is a must if you love your chocolate, I was in heaven! Prices are high and two courses with a bottle of wine will set you back well over 150 CHF. Menu choice needed to be a little less wintery but the food was delicious.
We chose to come back to this hotel because we loved the staff, the room, the food and the location, we would not hesitate to come back again.
Interlaken itself was super busy with it being summer, it was very international with huge family groups from India, Korea and Japan. Its a mecca for Indian guests due to the Bollywood connections. It meant everywhere was packed which was a problem. We couldn’t get bear Harder Kulm or the Jungfrau. Next time we will pick a quieter time of year. We did however love Tgey drone light show in the evening of Aug 1st and it was the icing on the cake for our wedding anniversary.
Thank you Hotel Interlaken for looking after us while we celebrated our anniversary. We will come back again. We really do love this hotel.

Convenient & comfortable
We had a short stopover in Interlaken and chose Hotel Interlaken mainly for its convenient location, within easy walking distance of Interlaken Ost station.
When we arrived, our room was not ready yet, so we left our luggage with the hotel and went out to explore the town. It was a nice surprise when we returned to find that our bags had already been delivered to our room — a small touch, but one that we really appreciated.
Given how popular Interlaken is with tourists, I expected the hotel to be quite busy and crowded, but it was actually pleasantly quiet during our stay.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Another surprise was that it had air conditioning, which isn’t always easy to find in Swiss hotels. The only downside was that we couldn’t really control the temperature ourselves, but it was still nice to have during summer.
Breakfast was good with a decent selection and was a pleasant way to start the day.
Overall, Hotel Interlaken was a comfortable and convenient choice for our stopover. Good location, spacious room and thoughtful service from the staff. Would happily recommend it, especially if you want to stay close to Interlaken Ost.

A good choice for a stay in the middle of Interlaken.
We enjoyed a very nice pair of nights at this convenient hotel located right on Höhweg, Interlaken's main street. High security and very quiet for being in the middle of town, which was nice. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, a good standard breakfast included, and extremely clean, modern, air-conditioned rooms. No complaints.
One small note: when we attempted to book a room with two twin beds, which was offered on Booking.com, the hotel said they did not provide such rooms. This turned out to be false: our room had two adjacent twin beds that were easily separated. Not sure why there was confusion about this, but it worked out fine.

Exceptional Hospitality That Made Our Stay Memorabl
We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Interlaken. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff, was warm, friendly, and helpful.
We especially want to thank the male receptionist who helped us on arrival morning. We arrived too early to check in, and he spent a lot of time helping us plan our three-day itinerary. We followed his recommendations instead of our original plan, and his advice made our trip much more efficient and enjoyable, allowing us to visit several extra attractions.
We never saw him again during our stay, but we want to express our sincere gratitude here. His kindness and dedication made a real difference. Thank you so much!

Lovely hotel with great location
We stayed here 2 nights in June 2026 in a large size room with a balcony facing the church (not the Main Street). The. breakfast each morning was lovely and ample. Service was very accommodating. We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights and the food was excellent. Our guide says it. is the best in town. Would definitely stay here again.
