Good hotel for groups

Very good service and helpful management. All three days we were able to get a good assistant from the hotel. The location is good and highly recommended for tours.

It's been better..

So the food has been better before, the quality has fallen a lot.
The waiters aren't so friendly anymore either.
The ice cream was fine.
The atmosphere and decor is good.
Too many wasps on the terrace - nobody cares.

Delicious eaten and very nice served. As often go through the year, as a couple or with family to the restaurant, either for dinner or at birthdays a fine Mövenpick Coupe, Glace is as always great.

Hotel was OK. Nothing special, but clean. Bedding awful.
Food was good for breakfast but average for dinner - i used the "spaghetti Restaurant" once and the "Carbonara" was truly awful.

Good but not again

I had a room ( upgrade purchased )
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
on arrival you are advised to take breakfast best between 06:00 and 08:00 as afterwards many come from outside to "brunch", so sleeping in is out of place here, it is in my view a cheek towards the hotel guest, because in the worst case you have to sit at the bar, I can confirm it, around 09:00 FEEDING THE PREDATORY ANIMALS starts. Dinner good but way too expensive. Best they pay for the room immediately, because if they give a credit card, a deposit is blocked ( for me it was 300 CHF ), and on departure they are told that it will be de-located in the coming days (I was told it could take up to 1 week ) RIDICULOUS.
