We were impressed by the lovely Monica upon our arrival at the hotel. She was very helpful with providing us with many options of tourist attractions to visit as well as restaurants that evening. The room was large and clean, the beds were very comfortable. However, some of the guests we could hear upstairs and next to us. We would love to come back next time.

The receptionists are helpful and the location is great. But the shower is tooooooooo old! And the air-con can only be on or off - temperature setting is not working, which means you have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust it otherwise it'll either be too hot or too cold.
And the cleaner started arranging the bed in the room just above us at 7am something for about an hour!!!
Will not recommend!

decent hotel, difficult access

the hotel is decent, the welcome is nice.
however, access to the hotel is tedious.
pedestrian streets, one-way, narrow alleys, access for residents only, etc...
if you reserve a spot in the hotel garage, be careful if you have a wide or long vehicle, you risk damaging the bodywork due to the narrowness of the area

Clean room and convenient location. The bathroom lighting was dark and the room blinds did not work. Would be nice to have a fridge and a fan in the room.
