Horrible place, terrible customer service. BOOKING.com disappointing
I stayed in an apartment for 4 nights thinking to spoil my self with a nice place and pairs €72 per day for a place that didn’t look at all like the photos. On top of it, the TV in the living room, the light in the bathroom near the shower, the shower head DID NOT WORK. When I told them they said they would send someone to fix it. Someone came but nothing was fixed apart from cleaning a filthy window in the living room. Then I saw the a/c unit condensation going inside a plastic bottle, and when it was full ( during my sleep) the water went all over the floor, and could have caused and electrical issue. You can see the floor is ruined as it happened many times. So the maintenance guy ( he was actually nice) came again and mopped and emptied xx the bottle. I was told that the bottle needed to be emptied from time to time... crazy!!! Everything smelled old, dirty, and the view of the window in the bedroom and living room looked nothing like the photos. I have contacted the company and booking.com many times and they just teased me, asked me many times the same thing, then offered me €42 which I refused as it is not fair at all. I will find someone that can hopefully fine them do this won’t happen again. I even spoke to a CSR on the phone named Magda and she didn’t help either, at least she was polite, compared to some answers I got via email.

comodo ma migliorabile
La posizione è davvero comodissima, a pochi passi dalla piazza del Comune, in pieno centro città, l'alloggio è arredato in modo minimal ed economico, ma c'è l'essenziale ed è pulito. essendo rivolto verso la strada era un pochino rumoroso, anche se al settimo piano.Un problemino lo ha creato il bagno cieco e senza ventola che emanava un odore non molto gradevole.
Le chiavi si devono ritirare a circa trecento metri e si possono lasciare in casa l'ultimo giorno. Tutto sommato per il costo e per pochi giorni si può fare....
