Simply exceptional
We have stayed two nights and the stay has been wonderful. The hotel is tastefully decorated and very welcoming. Everything is clean. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help and make your stay more enjoyable. And I can not fail to mention the breakfast, all quality and homemade products, there was no shortage of detail and the food in Alma and Sierra restaurant was spectacular too (bravo for the cook!). A 100% recommended place to rest and enjoy with family, couple or friends in an incomparable environment. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!David and Veronica

It has not been a good experience, lack of attention.
There is no one at the front desk to ask any questions, or who can give you any directions. We had to do the check-in online.

Prominent place in the area
We have felt at home in this place as on our visit we have been as only customers (weekdays).
Room 22 on the first floor, well structured and with large terrace with furnishings overlooking the Picos de Urbión.
It also has an Honesty bar service, with a variety of products. Large common living room with large terrace with views. Dinner with home cooked dishes and cold meats, for all tastes.
Breakfast included, varied and quality with good coffee.

A family owned hotel with a superb service
A family owned hotel with a superb service, with very clean rooms with a great view. Every fitting, including shower/bathrooms/matresses and bed linen, are of great quality.
Managed by the owners, personal service is that of a high class hotel. Breakfast is superior to most 4 star hotels.

An absolute GEM!!
After such a wonderful stay last summer, we returned this year for a longer visit. This small, boutique hotel is a real gem. Lovingly run by Lorena and Elena, every single detail is carefully perfected.
The delightful stone building is set at the foot of the Urbión mountains which ensures a super view from the room. Duruelo is a perfect base for hiking and touring the interesting province of Soria, which offers so much..Romanesque churches, wonderful woodland, delightful villages and really good food!
We had a warm welcome and a lovely room with a huge terrace. Although the room isn't that large, it is very well designed and the spacious terrace makes all the difference. The shower is first class, the bed super comfortable and the decoration very pleasing. The quality of all the furnishings, fittings and linen is top class (I am going to buy the same make of towels, they are so good!) and the cleanliness is five star.
There is a huge common area, including a dinning space with facilities to make tea and coffee as well as a honesty bar, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove (must come back in winter!) and a large terrace. A wide range of magazines, books and board games are provided.
And the breakfast!!! Certainly one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Lots of fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, perfect croissants, delicious local bread (several types), homemade jams, cold meats, cheese, cooked options...the list is endless and all are so carefully prepared. Coffee and tea are freshly made when you require them and brought to your nicely set table by a smiling hostess! What could be a better way to start the day?
I cannot fault anything and thank Lorena and Elena for making such an effort to provide such a haven. We'll be back ASAP!
