Good hotel, recommended.

We have been there for 4 days as a family, we booked several rooms, we are delighted with the hotel, the cleaning staff were a delight, if you needed something they gave it to you, at the front desk, the same, always available and the cafeteria staff were very friendly, always with a very good attitude. The hotel is very clean and the pool is too, the only thing is the pool is a little small but it works well for you, it has parking but it is limited, not for all guests, call to request spots, it is close to all the bars that are in the center, for the beach you have to walk 15 minutes but it is not tiring, we brought a dog and no problems, they allow animals, in short we will return :)

ZERO EMPATHY AND ZERO TREATMENT FROM THE OWNER.

ZERO EMPATHY from the owner and reception person.
I fell on your premises by unmarked step. And not a how is he, that they told him in the emergency room, or on the way out, take care... NADAAA.
As a person he leaves a lot to be desired.
I don't recommend it and I won't come back. If that's how you treat people.... It's for him to look at. EMPATHY THAT WE ARE PEOPLE, and above all client of yours staying in the hotel.
Very bad experience. Very bad.
With people like that, I don't want to know anything. I don't recommend it.

2 hours of early morning bells daily

Charming hotel that dazzles when you arrive because the building is spectacular, with an inner courtyard that invites you to enjoy it relaxed.
The rooms, comfortable and spacious, although they would improve without having a small fridge.
The main problem is the quiet night. Every day around 6:30/7 in the morning, the bells of the nearby convent wake you up and repeat the ringing every quarter of an hour until 9. Too bad the first impression when arriving at the hotel is lost with the daily, early-morning soniquette of the bells.
Recommended for those who like to get up early

Perfect.

Charming hotel located a few meters from Plaza cabildo .A 10min walk from the beach, for us the location was perfect. The hotel has a small pool on the top floor, enough if you want to take a bath or spend the day there, without overwhelmed people .It also has a cafeteria, in which they make very good breakfasts and at a very good price and is nothing crowded .The highlight of the hotel is the cleanliness both in the room and in the common areas was all impeccable .I would also highlight the treatment received by the staff, which was 10 .Especially to the boy of the reception Marco and the room clerk Lola who with their friendliness and professionalism make the stay more pleasant

I would repeat!!!

Super well located, the cleanliness of 10 and super friendly staff, the comfortable bed we have been very comfortable, the only catch is that as you touch a noisy neighbor you hear a lot. The pool very well, for us enough, I want to highlight the cleanliness of all locations, ah and in the hotel bar a very rich breakfast.
