A hotel worth returning to
A very beautiful hotel in a completely modernized palace. Best location in the old town to explore Palma. The service was very nice and qualified. At the reception, Steffi provided us with excellent advice and support. A lovely rooftop terrace and the courtyard is enchanting. Completely quiet location. Recommended.

Fabulous experience.
The hotel was in a great location with a super friendly atmosphere and the staff were excellent with lots of very nice personal touches throughout our stay. We loved the old world charm of the hotel but it also had some very up to date tech…The breakfast was first class and again very attentive staff. The cleanliness could not be faulted - highly recommend..

Simply superb
Have just returned from a week in this wonderful oasis in Palma old town. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was glorious, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I have no cons at all. The room even had straightening irons which was wonderful since I had left mine at home and I think the whatsap messaging for information worked very well. A huge thanks to Lovisa (hope I have the right spelling) for making every breakfast a joy and having my "white" coffee ready every morning. and Luciano and Miriam and all of the other staff that I didn't catch the names of. We will definitely return :)
