If you want a nice vacation, this is where you go!
Everything about this place is great. The people are wonderful, the apartment extremely clean, very spacious, modern, and convenient. Lovely swimming pool, close to the sea, and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The complex is very well maintained and green, like the rest of the beautiful island. All amenities are provided, hosts are always available, and the whole place is adjusted for lovely family vacations. It is even so much better than the pictures and the reviews suggest!
The area is a little on the touristy side for our taste, but that can only be expected on Mallorca, I guess. And the lovely Spanish town of Capdepera and its castle are only 10-15 minutes by bus, which stops right in front of the complex. Do mind that walking there with kids isn’t great, because of narrow and sometimes completely absent sidewalks, and quite heavy traffic in narrow streets. I had underestimated the distance between the airport and Cala Ratjada during booking, but that was my own fault. The airport shuttle offered by Agulla Park is very convenient and operated by very friendly and helpful people, but because of distance and travel time (1-1.5 hours) of course not cheap.
Mind also that the website listed on Google for this place seems to have been compromised. Thus, get your information from TripAdvisor or Booking.com or so.

Excellent place to spend some time in Majorca
This is an excellent option if you want to spend some time in Majorca. The rooms are lovely and big and the outside area with the swimming pool is just perfect. The staff is also lovely and always worried if you are having a great time or not. The park is quite calm and quiet but it's around a 5 minute walk to the amazing cala agulla beach and to the city center with all the supermarkets and clubs where you can have fun.
I would recommend this place to everyone who is going to Majorca.

Calm and Fresh
For this low price this is really a good apartment. Clean and Fresh room and a lot of space inside. Not free wifi inside but around the pool. Calm area. Not so many guests so there was no problem to get loungers. A familiar atmosphere was also spred around all guests. We had a wonderful time here.

Una maravilla, descanso y relax
Es un espacio muy agradable, con una enorme sensación de familiaridad, un precioso jardín con piscina, el apartamento era muy espacioso, con mucha luz y muy buen climatizado, dormimos de maravilla y los paseos matutinos viendo la salida del sol son maravillosos, en el entorno hay unos restaurantes estupendo, disfrutamos cenando.

Vollkommen ok
Wollten wegen Corona keine Bettenburg, deshalb ein Appartment. Topp Lage, sehr ruhig. 5 Minuten zur Calaagua Bucht, 10 Minuten bis zum Hafen. Nette Chefin und freundliche Reinigungskraft. Grösse ok, einfache Einrichtung, aber alles da. Unkonventioneller Bezug. Schlüssel unter der Matte. Schattiger Balkon. W-Lan nur am Pool. Gerne wieder.
