Das Hotel Bristol erwartet Sie nur 150 m vom Strand Levante entfernt mit hellen Zimmern mit einem Balkon. Jedes der schlicht gestalteten Zimmer im Hotel Bristol ist klimatisiert. Amazing holiday
I always use TripAdvisor before booking a holiday, as I find it gives a genuine reflection of what to expect, including both the good and bad, before spending my hard-earned money.
This is actually the first review I’ve ever written, despite having travelled extensively over the years. I felt this hotel deserved the time to share our experience.
Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The location is fantastic! After our first day, we quickly got to know the easiest routes to the beach and shops. It’s perfectly situated and not far from the taxi pick-up points.
You can either take a lovely walk into the Old Town and explore the many restaurants, or easily grab some transport. We chose to walk and really enjoyed taking in the beautiful views along the way.

Absolutely amazing!
Our room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and very well looked after throughout our stay. The cleaners were always polite, friendly and welcoming.
My girlfriend treated me to a birthday trip, and when we returned from a day at the beach, the hotel had left a lovely birthday note and a box of chocolates in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a really nice personal touch.
We had breakfast at the hotel a few times and were very impressed with the choice and quality. The only reason we didn’t eat breakfast there every day is simply because we enjoy exploring and finding different places to eat when we’re on holiday. This was absolutely no reflection on the hotel, as the breakfasts we did have were excellent.
Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staff are amazing and really do make you feel at home. Everyone was friendly, polite and always willing to help. We never experienced any rudeness or poor service during our stay.
The Beach ️
The beach is only around a 10-minute walk away and is absolutely out of this world. It’s probably one of the best beaches I’ve ever visited, with soft golden sand and crystal-clear blue water. It was beautiful!
The Best Part…
We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel and an amazing holiday in Benidorm Old Town. We enjoyed it so much that as soon as we landed back in the UK, we rebooked the same hotel for another 7 days in August 2026 — just 8 weeks after our first trip!
That probably says everything you need to know about how much we enjoyed our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic holiday and for making us feel so welcome. We’re already looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Excellent and a good person, the bar waitress Leidi.
Hello, good morning. I would like this review to reach where it needs to reach and for you to be aware that in the bar you have a wonderful person. Yesterday I had an accident with my scooter and I fell right at the door of the bar and the first person who helped me was Leidi, I don't know if that is her name, she is Cuban. The truth is that the woman did not miss a single detail, she brought me ice, water. A chair... well, I think that is something to be grateful for and you should take it into account. Just say thank you, thank you, and thank you for being human.

Fabulous hotel for a beach vacation.
Without a doubt, it is our go-to hotel. We are a small family from Gipuzkoa with two "veterans" who usually spend a few days in Benidorm every year. Whenever we can, we stay at this hotel because we find its facilities and services unbeatable. But above all, the most remarkable thing about the hotel is precisely its customer service. From the front desk, cleaning services, catering, and cafeteria. The dining room deserves special attention, from the kitchen staff that we don't see but do enjoy, to the dining room staff, efficiently managed by the maitre d' Juan Carlos, and accompanied by people like Luis or Lola, who are always ready to help. Although I insist that all the staff are attentive to the guest's well-being. A shout-out to them.

Fabulous Hotel Bristol
10/10 hotel. One of the best in Benidorm. I have already been there on several occasions and will return without a doubt. Location, facilities, cleanliness, food... everything fabulous, and most importantly, the treatment from the staff. Smell of urine in the hallways
We are staying in room 302. The smell in the hallways is unbearable, it smells like urine.
We mentioned it, they came up to spray a little air freshener, it didn't work.
