Excellent Service and Thoughtful Hospitality in Riyadh

I recently had a fantastic stay at Le Méridien Riyadh and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. Under the excellent guidance of the GM, Khaled S., and the Director of Operations, Wael I., the hotel maintains a warm and professional atmosphere that truly stands out.
I was upgraded to a lovely suite, and the desserts left in the room were a wonderful and delicious surprise. The property is well-maintained, but it is the people who make it special. I want to thank Michael at the front door for his kindness, and Kalulu for being so helpful. A special thanks to Ahmed and Maahli for a smooth and pleasant checkout. This is a top-tier choice for any traveler looking for great service and elite recognition.

A stay to remember Le meridian Riyadh Hotel

Our experience at the Le Méridien Riyadh Hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality shown by the staff. From the moment we arrived, Hanin and Maali went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued, consistently exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the helpful assistance provided by Sanjeev Karki, the bellman. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Hanin, Maali, and the entire hotel team for their significant contribution to making our family's trip to Riyadh a memorable and enjoyable one.

Conveniently Located

The Le Meridien in Riyadh had some positives and negatives. The room was tastefully furnished and confofrtable and clean. It was well located opposite the Metro STC station. The Executive Lounge was poor, with limited food offerings and little interest by anyone working there.. The Milwan Restaurant was a bright and open space and did a reasonable job at breakfast. Overall a good place to saty but not special

Good reception but the staff at the cafe is not a 5-star hotel

The reception crew is good and helpful but the cafe in the lobby service is not good. I ordered a coffee and waited about 45 minutes and the bartender didn't come.

Saved the meeting by going beyond the call of duty

I had a 3:30am work call after landing late the night before. I realized I had brought the wrong charger and, after not finding anything at the front desk, the person at the concierge desk lent me his own and told me how to order on via noon for same day delivery and even a backup plan if that didn't work. Above and beyond service!
