Hard to find… and better not to!!
This hotel must be quite new, as no cabbie has a clue where is it, or even knows the name. it’s a very basic hotel. There is no hair dryer in the room. Towel-set short. Staff is kind but quite inefficient. The bed is awful, with the hardest mattress I ever tried. Seriously, guys? It feels like sleeping on a prison plank (as if I knew…). There is abundance of electrical sockets, but they are poorly distributed. The toilet seat is loose and shorter than the loo: one of the most hideous thing to be found in a hotel.
Bedside lights in the room are unsuitable to read. Thick shades leave just some dim and feeble light to reach the book (yes, I still read paper books, why?). Nobody picked up the phone when we were badly in need of directions to give to a oblivious cabbie to get to the damn place, scattered in some newly built area. For a two-day stay there is no room make up service, nor towel change (just two provided, all in all).
Finally, the last day some workers started a hellishly noisy hydraulic hammering at… 6.30 in the morning. Yes, just outside the window. A perfect conclusion to a stay to be forgotten. Soon.
They may be kind people. But it’s not enough. Something called training and service to customer is badly missing. Won’t be back.
