Nice hotel

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. So far, so good! The only suggestion: put tea and sugar in the single room. 'Cause there's a teapot, there's a tea pair, and the tea needs its own.

Very good location near famous attraction and convenient store just next to the hotel door

This is old hotel, but ok. Next door is supermarket and pharmacy. Some restaurant are within walking distance. Bus to airport just in front hotel. But we dont use. Overall ok

Hotel in good location, the room have a good view with facing the park. The reception staff can communicate with English.

Not a decent hotel.

An old Soviet hotel. There is a question about the integrity of the hotel and the quality of the services. I left things in my room. The hotel didn't even bother to tell me I left them.
What's more, my colleagues who would go out in the evening would come up and ask about the things left in my room. I thought I left a charger there. They were told there was no charge. They didn't say anything about the dress being left there. Is that the norm for a hotel? What if I leave a card or jewelry? Will they wait for no one to ask and keep? I've been to hotels all over Russia and I've never seen anything like this. It was always the staff who handed over forgotten items to the reception and the staff contacted. And then they didn't even hand over anything. The receptionist had to get in touch and ask if there was anything. How do you want me to get my stuff now? Colleagues could have taken it if they hadn't kept quiet. But the receptionist also contacted the staff and asked about the items left in the room.
