It's not enough to be called a hotel - you also need to know how to host
The rooms are old and unpleasant, and the air conditioner did not work properly in both rooms. Despite approaching the staff and receiving promises that the issue would be addressed, the malfunction was not fixed during the stay.
There is no kettle in the room, and regarding the towels, the feeling is of excessive saving instead of providing basic and pleasant service to guests.
The food was very low quality in our opinion, but the most disappointing part was the service – instead of a feeling of hospitality and service, we encountered an unfriendly and unpleasant attitude from the staff on many occasions.
You can compromise on outdated design, but it's hard to accept a combination of poor maintenance, unfulfilled promises, poor service, and unworthy food.
Unfortunately, we will not return and cannot recommend the hotel to others.
