Great Atmosphere and Warm Hospitality

We were pleasantly surprised. A beautiful and peaceful place with a charming garden that has a truly unique atmosphere. The biggest highlight was the incredibly kind and welcoming staff – such care and warmth are rare to find.
The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked without any issues. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and being able to enjoy it on the balcony was a really nice bonus. Although the villa doesn’t have private parking, it was easy enough to park right in front of the building.
The only downside is the access to the nearest beach – Aloha Beach. The terrain on the way there is not very easy, so I recommend checking reviews of the beach in advance.
As for the kitchen where the staff prepares breakfast, we didn’t have a chance to see it, so I can’t evaluate it (referring to the review by Alexandru N).
Overall, a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay with a special atmosphere. We recommend it.

Horror

Besides the incredible smell of mold and sewage, masked at check-in with chlorine that burns your throat, the owner has audacity and a terrible attitude. It is an improvised construction, extended with wood over an existing house, without any means of fire protection. The cleanliness in the area where the food is prepared is completely lacking, moreover you are threatened if you take photos to have evidence. Dirty carpets, gray towels, dirty mattresses. We left the location for hygiene reasons and the owner stated that we did not show up. Terrible! If you want to see how you can be mocked, this is the ideal place.

aceasta familie a cumparat oferta NERAMBURSABILA,dupa 40 de zile au sosit la 10.00 cu 3 copii,s-au instalat fara a exprima vreo nemultumire,au folosit unitatea,au plecat la plaja ,s-au intors la 17.00 ,iar dusuri ,pampers...etc si dupa au plecat in oras facand pe ascuns foto din bucataria unde nu aveau voie sa intre. pe la 21.30 au scris sms precum ca doresc banii inapoi(ei neplatind la noi ci la booking.com).Au spus ca este miros de clor8noi dezinfectam cu aceste produse, au spus ca plaja este prea departe( sotia fiind supra greutate) si ca DORESC BANII INAPOI in plin sezon. Le-am OFERIT ALTERNATIVE dar care nici macar nu s-au sinchisit sa le vizioneze. Dupa care la 22.30 au luat bagajele amenintand ca nu se va sfarsi asa si afara au chemat si politia (isi imaginau probabil ca vom fi arestati si dusi la inchisoare pe loc:) care bineinteles le-a sugerat sa se inteleaga ca oamenii si i-au ignorat. dupa care au inceput sa implore banii inapoi prin alte sms-uri . La sfarsit au facut plangeri si petitii peste tot cu intentia de a face rau . NOI am ales sa ii reeducam pe cheltuiala noastra (cu amenzile de rigoare ) LASAM OAMENII SA JUDECE CINE ARE DREPTATE, chiar dorim sa va exprimati aici parerile asupra acestui fapt (cosmar) care ne-a facut sa ne schimbam parerea asupra multor lucruri. Va salutam, am semnalat si parerea lor cu speranta ca aceste minciuni vor fi de domeniul trecutului dar in cazul ca nu se va intampla ,sa stie tot publicul ce fel de Neoameni folosesc acest website ca Arma impotriva altor Oameni care lucreaza pentru a oferi servicii de inalta calitate.

Suspicious

The visit in June for 1 week was OK, room was nice and the breakfast was good. The problems started when I book one apt for the whole month of September 2024 when George (the host) told me that the season was over, they have no bookings so there is no problem when I got a good price. Apparently he regretted the deal so he stared jacking it up (services, etc). Additionally he asked me to PAY IN FULL in advance, to which I made the mistake of not saying clearly NO. Returning to Switzerland I contacted him end of June and I payed half of my deal as a sign of good faith. His wife joining him (and apparently taking the lead) he/she insisted again in paying in full. Tired and suspicious of this arrangement I backed off and asked for a full refund of my advance. Promptly the couple penalised me 100 EUROS allegedly for lost business. I let you judge this case but I'll never return there.

Room was good size but bathroom was tiny with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower cramped together. Breakfast was nice.

I understand they are trying to earn a living but the way my reservation was handled was completely unacceptable. I feel bad for leaving a terrible review but other people should know what it is really like before booking. I paid for a room with a balcony and sea view. When I arrived they took me up 2 stairways and everything was just a mess, I was taken to a room on the top floor that did not have a balcony and there were 2 tiny windows at the top of the wall that you couldn't even look out of. I paid them cash and did not receive the change back (I did not have the exact amount for the room so I overpaid). When I pointed out that this was not the room I paid for they told me I would have to wait until 7 pm to check into that room, I said I would wait. I had to wait until almost 7:30 to get my room. I was also asked if I wanted a towel to take a shower - seriously????? Who doesn't want a towel? The only soap in the bathroom was a pump of hand soap.The kitchen they showed me that I could use was messy and did not look clean. The breakfast was dismal at best. The only positive thing about this place is the parking was easy. They have a dog that barked well into the night and early again in the morning. I really don't understand how this place had any good reviews. I would not recommend it or stay again if I ever found myself in Constanta.
