Not a 4 star hotel

Not at all a 4 star experience... the hotel rooms are old, small, no taste, though partially renewed; old and noisy equipments, room slightly stinky... Located quite far from the center more or less in the middle of nowhere. the basics did work and the staff was kind. the bed was confortable. No charm. Not worth the price.

Very noisy aircondition, which could not run with the curtains closed, as they got sucked into the air inlet and makes the A/C fan noisy.
Staff was very service minded and friendly.

Macedonian guests

A great place to stay.
Luxury rooms, extra clean, super friendly staff, free parking right in front of the hotel.
Proximity of the downtown and the Baneasa Aurel Vlaicu airport are a big plus. All that being said, you get great value for your money.
Strongly recomended.

Good base for business in north Bucharest

Stayed here for a work trip in April. Free parking on-site, which already puts it ahead of most options in the area. Room was clean and quiet — I slept well, which isn't always a given near the business district. Breakfast was solid, nothing fancy but enough to start the day properly. Staff sorted a couple of requests without any fuss. Location works well if you're coming in from Baneasa or heading toward Pipera and Floreasca. Would book again.

Really appreciated reading this, thank you. A quiet room near the business district isn't always a given, so good to hear sleep quality held up — that's the one we worry about most.
The Baneasa / Pipera / Floreasca triangle is pretty much the everyday crowd at Crystal Palace Hotel Bucharest, so we try to keep the logistics (parking, early breakfast, small requests at the front desk) from turning into a hassle. Looking forward to hosting you again.
