Great location right in centre. Short walk to shops and restaurants.
Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping limited, rooms were not cleaned or beds made during out 4 day stay.
We had a good view from our rooms with balcony and window seats. It was lovely to look out at the light park and snowy mountains.
Decent breakfast buffet.
Swimming pool and spa were lovely. Just perfect to unwind after a day in the snow.
There is a lot to do in Zakopane and this hotel is a great base to explore all the attractions and activities in the area.

Stay at another hotel

We booked this hotel using Booking.com, their reviews were good! The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is ok we only stayed two nights. The reception team on arrival was very good, male very helpful. The room is clean but no safe, no aircon and the wall pushed to the wall so if two people in the bed one has to climb across the bed to get in. The female receptionist- black hair in a ponytail should be fired, no help and is either on her mobile or chatting with colleagues. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for clean towels.
