To flee

Accommodation far from the center but it is not the bp per se. The owner is particularly commercial and hypocritical: will become cold as soon as she sees that you will not buy anything more (excursion/mask/go pro ..). Noisy environment.
But the worst: we asked nicely if we could leave 3 bags until 1pm outside in front of the gate and return the room to 9 instead of 12pm as we were going on excursion. We are gladly accepted.
On our return, they come out of the sheets that were not ours saying that they are stained and we have to pay... 1/ the sheets were clearly not ours 2/ we did not eat in the rooms and are sure it was not us. She doesn’t rush and becomes aggressive ... we had to leave 1000 pesos in rab.. (12 euros)

Average

We had an average stay at west side cabana, by average I mean there was a bed, a working shower and toilet. When we first entered the room it looked like a clean had been attempted and then they just couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The toilet seat was still left up with water all over the bathroom and the bin lid randomly in the middle of the floor. On that note, the floor was actually very dirty and we didn’t want to put our bare feet onto it. There are also a few cockroaches that we found in the bathroom which wasn’t that pleasant.
On the other hand this accommodation did have some benefits such as free freezing cold drinking water, good WiFi and also great location. The staff were also friendly.
Probably wouldn’t return but it wasn’t horrific.
