Brilliant value, clean and friendly

This is an outstanding small place to stay just near the centre of town - it is incredible value, the owner really cares about her guests and they even sent a free taxi to pick us up at the airport. Fine breakfast on an outdoor terrace, too.

Avoid: They Will Cancel Your Confirmed Reservation

I booked this hotel in October for Semana Santa, knowing it would be a busy time. After booking, I messaged them on both Booking.com and WhatsApp to confirm, but they ignored both messages. I finally called them later in October, and they confirmed my reservation over the phone.
However, two months before the trip, they messaged me claiming they "forgot" to raise their prices for the holiday. They demanded I either pay more than double my confirmed rate or cancel the reservation. Because of this bait-and-switch, everything else in the city is now fully booked, leaving me stranded and likely forcing me to cancel my entire trip. Avoid this place if you want a reliable reservation.

Very good

Accommodation well in quality and price, spacious and clean rooms, attentive staff and the owner very attentive and friendly. It is close to the Plaza Mayor of Ayacucho and places of interest.
The reception staff guided us how to get to the tourist places.
I would recommend it.

Perfecto

Llegue sin muchas expectativas. Al llegar me encontré con una recepción básica pero con atención muy amable, casi de familia. Mi habitación perfecta. Amplia, cómoda, con un baño amplio y bien implementado. Todo a un super precio.
