Santa Boka is my favorite ❤️

Santa Boka hotel belongs to a “Small hotels” chain but it’s absolutely grandiose in its hospitality, architecture and beauty. If you manage, chose the room No. 4 because it has the most astonishing view! Delicious breakfast on the best terrace in Perast.
For those who wanna get to know Boka bay better Djuro and Mohamed can help organize great excursions. They are excellent professionals, very kind and attentive to any other wishes you might have during your stay.

Poor Communication

Restaurant Booked weeks in advance for 2pm on Terrace due to not serving food in evenings. On arrival I was informed that meals are not served in the afternoon which is not true. Upon showing my email reservation I was informed they had an electrical fault so no food today. No attempt made to contact me before I had climbed all of the steep steps …. No great issues but do not lie !!!

Lovely peaceful stay

Room 8 was a beautiful spacious room with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. The pool area was lovely with comfy sun beds but it could get quite busy and there weren’t many sunbeds. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so I can’t comment on that. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and peaceful. There are a few steps down to Perast which was fine for us but might be difficult for those with mobility issues.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return.

The best part of our honeymoon

Perast and the Santa Boka were the very best parts of our honeymoon. We spent 4 wonderful nights here and would happily stay again. Our stay was split between two rooms — 3 nights in Room 1 and 1 night in Room 2.
Room 1 was absolutely incredible. It was a spacious two-bedroom, one-bath suite with the most beautiful private terrace overlooking the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was just steps from the pool and spa, making it easy to relax throughout the day. Additionally, we were spoiled by the bartender bringing us drinks on our terrace.
The property is built into the hillside, so be aware that there are quite a few steep steps. Guests with mobility issues will find this challenging. That said, we did see complimentary golf cart shuttles during our stay. It's worth asking the hotel if those carts can provide transportation between the hotel and the waterfront area with the shops, restaurants and old town.
The location is excellent if you're planning to explore Montenegro. We used Perast as our base for day trips to Kotor, Budva and Sveti Stefan, all of which were easy drives. I would definitely recommend renting a car. The hotel offers parking spaces for guests.
The staff was also very kind and accommodating -- especially Mohammed that works at the front desk. We were warmly welcomed by everyone and any questions or needs were addressed promptly. We loved this hotel and our stay!

Top location for a wonderful dinner.

We were only there for dinner, and the terrace with a view of the bay certainly creates a great atmosphere. We had a wonderful evening there; unfortunately, the food could not keep up with the beautiful location and was rather average, the service was good without particularly shining, but that could not spoil the wonderful flow of our evening due to the special ambiance and atmosphere. I cannot say anything about the hotel except that you need to be quite mobile to be a guest there, as there are many stairs and steps to manage.
