Leak on the back of the toilet. Also the water for the tank fills to slow.
Rooms are average.

Los controles remotos son un tema. Sin pilas, desprogramados.
Tenia buen concepto de los hoteles en Chihuahua y Juarez pero en Torreón hay deficiencias!

Al entrar a la habitación, el baño no funcionaba. Tuve que llamar al personal para que enviaran a alguien a destaparlo — algo completamente inaceptable en un cuarto que supuestamente estaba listo para recibir huéspedes. Evidentemente no hubo una revisión previa al check-in.
Las alfombras estaban visiblemente sucias, lo que refleja una falta total de limpieza y mantenimiento. Para colmo, el ruido en los pasillos y las habitaciones colindantes fue insoportable durante toda la noche.
No recomiendo este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia. La calidad del servicio, la limpieza y las instalaciones están muy por debajo de lo mínimo aceptable.
