Comfortable and well organized
Hotel with medium small rooms but very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is small but there is enough of everything.

Not bad as a base but better cheaper options elsewhere
I can see that this hotel would suit some. For me it completely lacked soul or positive atmosphere. There is absolutely no personal touch at all. The good bits: The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The key code does away with the need for a key or card. The location is good and it’s easy to get buses everywhere from just down the road.the fridge in the room is good for storing bits. Coffee machine is great. The bad bits: it is noisy at night because of its layout. I struggled with the lack of daylight as the window looks out to the corridor and I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains. The TV is not great and does not support usual apps like Netflix. If you have any problems you contact via WhatsApp. you have to battle with the AI generated responses before you get an answer. The aircon would randomly make loud noises but I could t be bothered to explain to an AI person. The free water fountain only works sometimes. They advertise a water bottle which I thought meant I could carry it around in the day, it’s a glass jug. The breakfast is the worst I’ve seen in a while, really poor variety. The swimming pool is very small and easily gets overtaken by groups. It has 3 sunbeds and no shade. You can walk straight into the hotel from the cafe next door making the door code pretty pointless. There is a luggage room but anyone can access it. All in all not bad for a base but there are cheaper options out there.

Stayed from 7 to 14 October 2025
Very well located in the city center, a few meters from the Rotonda and close to restaurants and shops.
Decent rooms, pity there is no window overlooking the outside to be able to ventilate the room. Window overlooking the hallway, same for the bathroom.
Housekeeping leaves much to be desired, impression that only the bed is made, towels changed when they are on the floor, apart from that no maintenance.
Hotel very noisy, and not due to outside noise, internal noise, impression that there were pdt works at night.
No services, Welcoming desk, no one to answer our requests. We have to fend for ourselves with our room codes, or call such a number in case of need, we come across a power plant.
Problem of defective light in the room, still no solution to our departure despite requests for intervention
The worst is at breakfast, not enough seating for all, forced to wait are turn, or eat in sofas, armchairs from reception.
Bcp waiting for this to be served at the buffet, and especially the coffee machine, which flows to taste, more than 5 minutes for the cup to be filled.
And so girl waiting in front of the coffee machine and buffet.
This hotel has a big improvement job, especially in terms of Quality Customer Service

All in all it could go.....
Property located near the church of Mosta. Spacious room equipped with every comfort. WI-FI good. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. It has a small swimming pool and free drinking water columns. Staff almost absent, also upon our arrival we had a problem getting into our room because we had been assigned an incorrect code, so we had to wait almost an hour outside the door before they solved the problem (luckily we met a cleaner, otherwise I don't know how it would end). Room cleaning very summary. Finally, we asked several times for pool towels but unfortunately they were NEVER delivered (before arriving at the property we were promised that when we arrived we would receive them, instead nothing to do).

Research before you stay
There are a couple of things to note before you book. It’s not ideal if you’re travelling with young children, many of the rooms do not have windows facing outside and the front door pass code seems to rarely work for anyone on arrival.
The good bits
It’s clean and the staff responsible for that do a great job . It’s good if you just need a place to rest your head . The breakfast is ok though not sure why they serve the baked beans cold ?

It’s very noisy due to the lay out, everything echoes up through the building especially slamming doors and late night party people returning. Several of us complained about this during our stay.
