Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The property can be reached by a private and a shared speedboat. Private Speedboat Transfers: From July 4, 2025 to October 31, 2026, the charges are as follows: - Adult (13 years and above): USD 1600 per person This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally. Shared Speedboat Transfers: From July 4, 2025 to October 31, 2026, the charges are as follows: - Adult (13 years and above): USD 175 per person - Child (2–12 years): USD 85 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally. • The property can be reached by speedboat, which takes 45 minutes from Velana International Airport. • Please get in touch with the property for more details on transfer arrangements. Kindly share your flight details with the property at least 7 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer. • The transfer arrangements need to be made in advance; hence, payment is required at the time of booking. Transfer charges are not included in the room rate and are payable directly to the property. • A green tax of USD 12 per person per night is applicable starting 1/1/2025. This tax is not applicable to children 0-2 years old. • Gala Dinner Supplements for Christmas Eve (24 December) and for New Year's Eve (31 December) are included in the price. • Group Booking Policy: Reservations of more than 5 rooms will be classified as a group booking. A nonrefundable deposit of 10% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
