Hot water did not work. The wifi did not work. It was a good hotel to rest for a day but not to stay for long.

All the staff members in the hotel are really very helpful and supporting.
We enjoyed our 33-day stay very much. Would like to say plenty "Terima kasih" once again to them.
Located in the center of the city. Very convenient to find various eating places, shops, and other enjoyable places.
Thank you for the free drive to the airport.
