Wonderful stay!

It was our first stay with you and my hubby and i really enjoyed it.We got a warm reception, had a wonderful valentines dinner espesially the veg lasagna and the turkey. A Comfy beautifully decorated bed.WE MUST COME BACK, I MUST SAY!

More could be improved

I've stayed at the hotel twice, my first time the staff were perfect. I especially remember one particular lovely lady, Susan,she was the warmest and very helpful. Though on my second time one I had an issue with the room I was allocated. Was very squeezed compared to the one I had stayed earlier. It took about 20minutes to find another room. Breakfast was pathetic. More needs to be done to ensure service quality is standard always.

Budget hotel

I stayed here for a conference, and it was passable but not great. Pros: Staff did try to be helpful, breakfast had a decent variety of food, and rooms were well cleaned and serviced daily. Cons: the lobby area is rather loud and the noise carries up to the rooms. There wasn’t a lift, which is tough if you have many suitcases. The room I was in (a single) was small and rather dark, and the bathroom was small with no shower curtain so the entire bathroom got pretty wet. Water was hot, but not great water pressure. WiFi is free but spotty and doesn’t reach all rooms. No safe in the rooms, and no other extras (no iron, hair dryer, etc and none to borrow at the front desk). Overall, it’s a safe and okay place and a relatively good price if you are trying to save, but not the most comfortable place if you can afford a bit more.

Clean (but shabby) and well priced

We stayed here with a group booking while we had a conference at the UN offices in Nairobi. Rooms were all clean but sometimes the hotel seemed a bit scruffy. Compared to the competition around, it was well priced as this is on the edge of an expensive part of town. The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful. They arranged transport with their vehicle, printed for us, looked after valuables and were generally very efficient and friendly.

Friendliest staff

The hotel was not outstanding and quite noisy during the weekend when we spend the night there. Nevertheless, the very friendly staff and 24/7 restaurant made up for those shortcomings. Rooms were quite clean and tidy.
