You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Outdoor pool is open from mid-July to late August, from 09:00-17:00 daily. Seasonal Kaiseki (Japanese multi-course meal) is served from 1 April to 6 November. Crab is served from 7 November to 31 March. Guests who wish to use the property's free-use bicycles, must indicate so at time of booking. At the time of booking, please mention what type of transport you will use to get to the property. Please note that WiFi cannot be used in the banquet/meeting rooms. Non-smoking rooms are provided on request. Rooms will be deodorized before guests’ arrival. Please note, the last dinner is served at 18:30. Guests who do not make it to dinner by this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
