We stayed here for our first night in Tokyo and it was a perfect place to start. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was very convenient.

Wonderful, very comfortable, and close to airport. However there is nothing nearby so if you have a late flight there isn’t really anything to do. Additionally, the shuttle to the international terminal (terminal 3) stops at 11:00 am and doesn’t start again until 16:00 so we had to arrange an Uber.
Otherwise though wonderful stay and super friendly staff.

I was feeling unwell one evening and the front desk staff were so helpful in looking after me and arranging for an ambulance.
I really appreciate everything they did, particularly I am guessing the senior member of the front desk staff.
