3 SUPER days

3 wonderful days with the family, apartment clean, new, in excellent condition, equipped with everything, clean linens, food warmer, toaster, dishwasher, two spacious bedrooms + living room with sofa bed and kitchen, elevator. The temperature control thermostat in every room is very convenient.
The rooftop pool with the solarium is very beautiful with a panoramic view.
Cristina and Lucia are very kind and helpful.
We will definitely return.
Rating 10, it would be 10 with honors with a heated pool.

Everything was great

Christina was exceptional. She was always available and so enthusiastic. Room was great. Having the bike facilities was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool. Location was close to everything we needed.

Nice stay

All in all, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. Especially, we would like to highlight the friendly and lovely service. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. One always felt very well taken care of and could approach the reception with any concerns in German.
Basically, everything is very new and also clean and well-maintained in the facility. It was also very quiet in the room/apartment, and one heard little from the street.
The apartment and bedroom are also air-conditioned, which is great.
The rooftop terrace also surprised us; in the pictures, it appeared very small and cramped, but it is actually quite spacious, and one can find a quiet spot for oneself by the pool (which is a bit smaller but serves its purpose of cooling off). The view is also very nice, allowing one to relax well in the afternoon/evening.
In the room, one finds all the necessary items in a practical manner. However, one must buy or bring a dish towel oneself, which I do not quite understand. I would include that in the pricing and offer it, or at least make it available for borrowing or purchasing at the reception. Similarly, bath towels could be factored in and provided. (especially since they are very thin and get super wet quickly)
The apartment itself is, as mentioned, practically furnished and kept quite cool and simple. From my perspective, the apartment could be designed to be a bit more homely and cozy, simply to feel a bit more comfortable (pictures/warm tones/cozier elements).
The only reason I would *not* return is actually the beds. We did not sleep well at all, which is of course a personal feeling and everyone experiences it differently. In my impression, the bed was like a firm pad with a thin and rather sparse mattress, and also (for me) rather uncomfortable pillows and blankets. I think that could be improved further.
Furthermore, I would also like to positively highlight the bike garage where one can wash and store their bike. That is super practical.

Had the worst 5 nights in my life !

The worst experience I ever had in my entire life( very narrow parking, a lot of extras including bed linens and towels).The AC is a jock and not working at all !! and the bed is not comfortable at all ! had the worst 5 nights in my life !

We really believe that you may have made a mistake in choosing our residence, perhaps you were expecting a Bulgari or a Four Seasons.. We tried to meet all your requests, as we usually do to always satisfy our guests, but unfortunately we could not dispel your disappointment. We suggest you carefully evaluate the hotels you book to make sure you find the stay that fully meets your needs and desires.
