Recommendation for a moment of relaxation
How to stay pleasantly in a hotel. Staff and owner are courteous, well-kept environment, clean rooms, pool and garden make you feel like you are very far from the chaos of the city. It is the second time we have come but it certainly won't be the last.. congratulations!

Great hotel with superb service
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by the very friendly reception team who checked us in quickly and walked us round to our room located in the villa at the rear of the property. The outside of this building is full of character - it's been refurbished so that the interiors are modern and comfortable. The room itself was light, the bed comfortable, air con in full working order (thankfully!) and the bathroom of a decent size with a good shower. Our balcony was small but got the sun in the morning and it was nice to sit on at any time of day as it was away from the main road so pretty quiet. The restaurant was very well staffed and as previous reviewers have mentioned, the staff in this hotel really set it apart: friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service. The food was good and we were always full after partaking in all four courses (chosen from a menu). The Grand Buffet on Thursdays had excellent food. Both of us are gluten free and there GF bread and cakes were available at breakfast and dinner which was much appreciated. Mauro and Salvatore deserve particular praise for their organisation and constant monitoring of guests to ensure they were happy. Joseph was really personable too. The pool was a really good size for the hotel and we never struggled to get a sunbed in the morning or the afternoon. That said, there are plenty of bed in the gardens that receive nice shelter from the sun by the trees. The pool service was great and Mario was really stand-out here. We had lunch at the hotel a number of times and really enjoyed what was on offer. I agree with other reviewers that the hotel's drinks prices are more expensive than those available in local bars. We chose this hotel because it's not in Sorrento's main centre while being one train stop away (station 5 mins walk away); and well served by buses. This worked really well for us. Also a short walk to the coast and a number of bars/restaurants that we also ate/drank in during our stay and which were excellent. Great service, location, food and environment - would recommend!

Lovely hotel, great value and fab location
A lovely hotel and great value for money. We booked directly with the hotel after seeing it advertised in different websites. We were allocated an upgraded garden room which was spacious for three people. Really contemporary and a great space. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, staff are warm and welcoming. We had breakfast included and there was lots to choose from. This hotel is a great base, it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches as well as ( minutes from the centre. The train station is also 5 minutes away and a bus stop is right outside to take you to sorrento. We had a fabulous time!

The hotel was dated but rooms were clean. There was a leaking aircon in the entrance of our room which the staff managed to help with. I wouldn’t rate this hotel a 4star but more a 3star hotel. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay.

Recommended.
We are still here at the hotel, I can only praise this property, well-managed, comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful pool with an adjoining garden, from the first impact at the time of booking the head receptionist Mr. Vincenzo was of a helpfulness and kindness that today is found in few people, with great professionalism he met our needs especially because we had an elderly person with us and just tonight I had confirmation that in this hotel all the staff are on the same wavelength, the elevator broke down and the very kind Mrs. Carmela at the reception let us go up with the service elevator since my mother could not take the stairs, a gesture very much appreciated, a compliment goes to the waiters and the dining room manager, to finish I add Mario at the pool, a person of unique kindness, I hope I haven't forgotten anyone and I highly recommend it!
