Great choice if you are staying around Ostiense
Good hotel in the Roma Ostiense neighborhood. Very convenient for anyone visiting, studying, or working at Roma Tre university, or tourists looking for an accommodation in a residential area. There are many bus options close to the hotel, like the #715 bus which goes to Teatro Marcello/Piazza Venezia. The closest metro, Line B, near the Basilica of San Paolo is 13 minutes walk from the hotel.
Rooms are modern, beds comfortable and AC can be adjusted. Breakfast is buffet style, with various options, including yogurts and fruits. Helpful staff and excellent room service.
Room have a refrigirator, but it can only fit a couple of small water bottles! Desk area is also extremely narrow and TV volume very loud ( did not seem to be able to lower it). Overall, it's a good hotel choice in Ostiense with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby and convenient public transportation.

Good hotel
I recently stayed here for two nights while in a group tour. The rooms were completely updated, they were clean, modern and no issues.
The employees were friendly. No issues checking in or out.
Good location to train, and there is a cute Cafe down the street.

Average At Best
We were booked to stay at this hotel by a cruise company for a one night pre cruise stay. Arrived by taxi in 27 degree heat, no one to help with luggage, see to it yourselves. Upon checking in , advised where the restaurant was but informed that it was not open this evening but there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Well not from what we could see in an average residential area of Rome outside of the main tourist areas. Also as a couple of advanced years, one with significant mobility issues, wandering around the streets in an area we didn't know wasnt particularly appealing. Oh well, we thought let's go get a nice refreshing drink at the bar, erm no as the bar does not open until 17 00. A coffee perhaps in the room,once again that was a no as there are no facilities to make a hot drink in the room. We were advised however, enthusiasticaly that there were two bottles of water in the fridge, supplied om a complimentary basis. Your room is ready, it is on the 5th floor and there are 2 elevators over there. Nope, there is actually only one as the other is out of service at the moment!
On the plus side, the room was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was very efficient. (the walls are paper thin and we were entertained by a couple in the next room going through some sort of physical activity).

Positive experience
We stayed during the weekend of May 1, we had a great time. The rooms have been recently renovated and the staff was friendly. We did not use breakfast, but if you want to pay for it separately are 10 euros more. Would definitely stay again

Hotel to which I would hardly attribute maximum two stars not 4 (strongly discouraged)
I state that I usually do not do negative reviews, but I found so many critical issues that I feel compelled to expose them.
Very old hotel, creaky not at all soundproof to inaccessible levels
The first night I woke up three times to loud noises that I attributed to earthquake or as if they were trying to break down a door.
both above the ceiling you can hear very strong footsteps and in the adjacent rooms you can hear very loud thuds and noises, externally side window you can hear all external noises
Antique ventilation system (air conditioning regulation) unusable, as when turned on very loud BUZZ you can not stay in the room from the noise
In the bathroom, when you close the door, the ceiling seems to fall strange noises need RENOVATION
There wasn’t even Shampoo to shower, Phon useless
Tiny TV 22 inch canonical channels didn't even broadcast properly
Lots of dust in the room probably from the curtains
breakfast times should be at least from 6:30am (International Standard and Best Practice Hotels)
location of the hotel outside the center of rome, metro is 12 minutes walk so it is not even a convenient location,
you have to leave early in the morning and the breakfast time should be brought forward or it is not accessible
It was not clear the exclusion of tourist taxes of as much as 30 €
