Again a great experience

I returned for the second time to this property - partially renovated a few months ago - and confirm the attentive welcome and comfort of the location and the room (Violet) in which I stayed.
The owner is always kind and ready to help with info and the like: small details that make you feel at home. I will definitely return

Franco was accommodating to our late check in. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was great having access to our own fridge space. The location was very convenient to the Colosseum as well as the subway to get to Vatican City.

Angelica and Luca went out if their way to help us with our lost luggage. Excellent value. Close to Train, bus and metro station.

This is such a gem, private and so central, literally 5-6 min walk from Termini train station. Staff was friendly and flexible with check in time. For a place in the middle of a busy city it was quiet as soon as you closed the shutters, so perfect sleep, and when shutters open you really felt the vibrant quality of Rome, close to some of the most famous attractions. Not happy recommending it too much as next time I'm in Rome I'd love for it to be available 😊
