The apartment is stunning and has a lot of amenities that are all clean and new. There is also a lift that help with bringing up luggage. The host was very helpful. The town is vibrant with many dining and shopping opportunities. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Would not recommend. The customer service was terrible. They overbooked our room. They put us in a different room for one night and didn’t communicate what we should do with our bags from check out to check in. We communicated with the cleaners who were wonderful. With all the waiting around we missed out on what we had planned for the day. They then put us in the new room, which was not the room I booked, but when I told them about it, he preceded to blame Expedia. Didn’t try and help, accommodate or offer a discount for the problems that were on them. In fact, there was no accountability on their end. The coffee maker didn’t work, or really didn’t work well. When I messaged them I was told to take a video instead of them taking care of it.
Besides this, it was extremely loud outside the apartment so it was very challenging to sleep. Prato is gorgeous, but avoid this hotel.

The check in process is truly dreadful. Very small print on the Expedia booking instructing the person booking to contact the proprietor 48 hours before arrival as they don’t have a reception. Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?! If this really must be the process, please please make this clearer. Thankfully I noticed this, and after a nail biting delay of nearly 24 hours, elicited a response- phew! Unfortunately some colleagues staying there were not so lucky and could not enter the property on their first night, and had to find somewhere else to stay instead! Two other pretty major issues with this place: WiFi is so bad as to be pretty much unusable; even the 4/5G signal which I used to hotspot instead is very poor, so you can’t get any work done in this apartment. It also faces into what I am convinced is the noisiest street in Prato. This makes it extremely loud in the evenings. I was there on weeknights and it quietened down after 11 but bear this in mind if you are hoping for some early nights. Otherwise, the room/apartment space is very nice, clean, well equipped, comfy bed, average shower (water pressure could have been better). And being located on such a lively street has advantages; right in the centre of things.

Air conditioning was extremely effective, room was clean. The listing for the 2bedroom unit should be updated with newer photos because it was actually massive and a great option for people traveling with kids and you cant tell that from the listing. The elevator did malfunction while we were there and the host was able to have it fixed within a few days.
