We enjoyed our stay here with our family of 5. The room was quite large, so it didn't feel crowded. There were 2 AC units in the room, which was great given the heat wave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located yet very quiet. The entry is set back from the road and requires notifying someone of your arrival because the hotel is accessible via a locked elevator. I would recommend.

Everything was good but AC turned off on its own and the room became really warm and wifi wasn't working.

Enjoyed my stay all in all. Great to have AC both upstairs and downstairs. Also clean room. It is quiet from the outside noise (which is most important), but you can hear the reception very well. Luckily there’s no common areas, so you only hear the occasional conversation. And cleaners.
They could have done some easy things to make the suite nicer, it’s a beautiful room, but it’s not very cozy. Light is very hard and bright. No way to have a cozy evening in. The kitchen is alright for simple cooking, but it’s not very well equipped. WiFi was terrible. Coffee machine was great though!

Unique accommodation in the middle of the old town. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, not a sound was heard in the room. The staff is wonderful and takes care of all requests in a minute, just write on WhatsApp. Will stay here again if I go to Naples again.

We stayed 2 nights at Pala Suites in one of the double rooms (we were 4 people). The location was perfect: in the heart of the historic, cahotic, wonderful, and unique centro storico. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff was amazing: they even booked a restaurant for us. The little balcony was lovely!
