This hotel location was perfect. Across the street from central station. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. My room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Not recommended

The rooms might even pass, but the property is in an absolutely degraded area and a nauseating smell pervades the stairs and creeps into the rooms. I do not recommend

The location was very good. Very tinny room and bed. Host very good. At this price not worth it.

The room itself, and the bathroom and shower, were very good. The location was excellent for travel, since it was literally right by the Naples Central train station. The cigarette smoke was awful, especially upon awakening in the am, and returning at night. I'm not sure if it was from other rooms or the hall, but I coughed frequently, due to my asthma. There was also a light in the bathroom which was shorting. I mentioned it to the off-site manager in What's app, and in a note in English to the cleaners, but nothing was done. I kept it off since it was literally crackling and snapping, with sparks, when turned on. Also, there was no sign or address number outside to know where it was.

Willing but...

I say this so that any travelers adjust. It's a guest house: they don't serve breakfast or it's manned. It's on the first floor and there's no elevator. Bad smell in the structure and in the room (it can not be easy in the center of Naples; you can renovate inside as much as you want but you are always in a dilapidated building). The shower water came out cold (then I realized that you had to wait a long time for it to warm up). Infamous shower head-shower system: if you use the latter, you can not prevent cold drops from falling on your back from above, always and anyway. I couldn't turn on the electric towel warmer in the bathroom and it was cold. The air conditioning in the room was oriented so that the heat did not spread into the room. The access system to the structure and the room was cumbersome: a code to type that did not open easily. An ordeal the TV remote control (sic!). After all, as the commenters say: clean, modern, newly renovated interior, fine sanitary ware, beautiful curtains that hide the obnoxiousness, perfect location to move with the means, good value for money.
