Great experience
I stayed at the TH Marilleva 1400 for the second time and the experience was overall very positive. The structure is beautiful and comfortable, although it would benefit from some maintenance to better express its potential.
The food was excellent, the staff was always courteous and professional.
Special praise goes to the animation, really engaging and high level: a close-knit, energetic team capable of creating pleasant moments for all guests.
The head of animation is undoubtedly a talented person, excellent singer and skilled at the sax. However, his presence was sometimes a bit excessive: his interventions, often long and very articulate, tended to take longer than necessary, sometimes being challenging to follow. There is a strong desire to be a protagonist, which on some occasions risks leaving less space for an equally deserving and prepared staff.
Great organization for skiing. Comfortable skibox with exit directly to the slopes.
A super pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend.

If you have celiac disease, change hotels
My family and I stayed at this hotel from August 15 to 21. The cleanliness of the rooms was terrible. We reported upon arrival that our youngest son was celiac and they had assured us that, despite not having a separate kitchen, they would provide for him. The first day they palmed off a croissant on us that had expired in July. At lunch I asked them to bring me a plate of rice with tomato sauce and the maitre d' explicitly told me that I could take it from the buffet where the sauce was being contaminated with the gluten-containing pasta. After insisting, they brought me the dish from the kitchen. They never offered us gluten-free dessert at the end of dinner, nor alternatives like flatbreads or gluten-free side dishes. They explicitly told us that we had to take them from the buffet where the contamination was evident. But we reached the peak on the last night when the other children were offered french fries and hot dogs. When I requested to have a gluten-free portion for my 7-year-old son who was watching the others eat, they replied that they no longer had frying oil and that the hot dogs were already all contaminated. What was the point of reporting the intolerance at the beginning of the vacation? I returned to this hotel, where I had already not had a good experience, and after 3 years the situation has only worsened. Reporting the issue to the manager changed nothing. I instead thank the assistant maitre d' Chiara for the care with which she made up for the shortcomings of the other staff members.

Good reception service, food, and room capacity for 2 people. Cleaning service and bar service need improvement.

Holiday Snow
Great location, well organized and for the whole family, both skiers and not.
It is all well connected to the ski slopes. The property offers good dining and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Relaxing week and relaxing skiing with the whole family. Great service and catering. Friendly staff.
