Heavenly
It was a very good choice as the route between the two places was easy and quick both day and night.
But more than a good connection between towns, the hotel was a good connection between times, bringing the past country living to modern life style.
Our room, number 11, was the largest in Ristoro and esthetically appealing with a high wooden ceiling and an immaculate bathroom. It felt and smelled like gentrified country and offered 3 large windows to let in the light and showcase the mountain views.
All the staff and management we encountered in the hotel and restaurant were warm and welcoming. Even the decor in the main dinner restaurant and in the breakfast space was cheerful. The food for all occasions was tasty and inviting.
We would not hesitate to refer others to Ristoro Appenino as we, ourselves, feel we must return.

lunch communion at the top
veils of veal cooked at low temperatures with citrus very good and particular, where the flavor of citrus blended perfectly with the slice of capaccio vote 8
ricotta and artichoke pie on a bed of cream peppers, I would say that this dish was spectacular because the artichoke filled the buds on the second bite and the taste of the pepper gave a magical touch to the plate vote of plate 9
risotto porcini mushrooms and saffron, 2 perfect combinations between them the flavor of the fantastic porcini and the dish was prepared in an impeccable manner including cooking rice that is not always easy to make vote of the plate 8
ravioli with potato filling and ciauscolo (typical Marche salami) on this dish there was an authentic explosion of flavors the taste buds were exalted to the nth power I did not think you could make a dish with these two ingredients vote of plate 10 with praise
saddle veal served on a base of purple potatoes, meat cooked to perfection delicious potatoes the juices of the meat were tasty to the right point that say vote 9.5
cakes also these were liked by diners but not being a lover of dessert I can not express my vote correctly
