Superb accommodation: in Herculaneum

Spectacular accommodation in every way: friendly staff, excellent room and location. Do not pay attention to the facade of the building because it surprises the interior. And they offer unlimited coffee and infusions and a full breakfast to choose from

Exceptional!

We were amazed! We booked at the last second and I must say that the owner was super nice! The reception was really pleasant, the structure is in a beautiful building, all very charming. Cleanliness at the highest level! In addition, water, coffee and pastries available for snacking! Recommendation!

Fantastico

Esperienza magnifica! In una residenza storica del famoso Miglio d'oro, il b&b di Ramona, la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, offre 4 camere ariose, pulite e arredate con gusto. A pochi passi un comodo parcheggio gratuito e il bar che offre la dolce colazione con prodotti tipici. In pochi metri si raggiungono gli scavi archeologici di Ercolano ma tante sono le bellezze da visitare intorno! Comodo anche per visitare Napoli e la costiera amalfitana per la presenza di mezzi di trasporto. Estremamente consigliato!

Livello bassissimo. Pessimo

Gestita malissimo. Camera annullata solo al momento del check-in con pagamento completo già effettuato tramite Booking poiché la struttura aveva già prenotato le camere privatamente senza dichiarare quindi a Booking la vera disponibilità delle camere. Hanno fatto in modo che solamente al momento del check-in quando abbiamo chiamato personalmente la camera per organizzarci ci hanno detto che non avevamo più la prenotazione poiché le camere erano tutte piene!!
Abbiamo telefonato Booking per capire meglio e ci hanno confermato che era stata la struttura a disdire la prenotazione infatti la abbiamo segnalata anche a Booking stesso. Siamo rimasti senza un alloggio il 31 dicembre, giorno stesso della prenotazione, effettuata da più di una settimana, difficile da rimpiazzare, e hanno risposto “non è un problema nostro”. Veramente pessimi. Livello bassissimo.

Pessima gestione

Esperienza pessima, prenoto via booking il 22 dicembre pago anche, chiamo il giorno 31 dicembre per fare check in e mi dicono che la prenotazione è annullata che l’hanno anche vista da booking ma hanno preso una prenotazione diretta, l’host non ha un minimo di ospitalità totalmente negato nel gestire questo tipo di attività sconsiglio vivamente a tutti e diffido da soggiornare (o provarci) in questa struttura!
