Enveloping serenity

Property already known but renovated and extremely well-kept. Garden and pool very well maintained and staff kind and polite. Welcoming room, with ample space and precise and functional service. Only remark: the breakfast room staff, a bit too rigid in emphasizing the hours.

Good starting point for Perugia with minor drawbacks

The Relais dell'Olmo offers a pleasantly quick check-in and has a convenient, free parking lot right at the building.
Our room on the second floor was pleasantly quiet and actually perfectly adequate in terms of size. Unfortunately, it is still difficult to put the suitcases down anywhere properly, as there is no luggage rack in the room.
The amenities include a minibar and an electric kettle, as well as a smart TV, the operation of which, however, proved to be quite cumbersome. The bathroom is functional, but the shower stall turned out to be quite small.
A major highlight of the property is the beautiful, large outdoor pool, which invites you to relax.
The breakfast was average overall.
For trips to the beautiful old town of Perugia, a large and free parking lot located approx. 5 km from the hotel is recommended – provided you are using a car. From there, the Minimetro leads directly into the center.

Relaxation and culture

A very well-maintained place in the outdoor areas including the pool, the room was top-notch as was the staff, who were very kind and always available for advice on places to visit in the surrounding area. The attached restaurant is fantastic

One of the best hotel experiences near perugia

Excellent stay - very clean, correct, friendly, helpful - located not far from city centre - breakfast buffet is a marvel
